A bomb blast in southeast city of Turkey, Diyarbakır killed 11 people. 5 of the victims are children. At least 16 people injured. Some of the casualties were in a serious condition and were being operated on, officials at the hospital said. Explosion  occurred on a street near a park by 21.15. Local authorities were looking at the possibility it could have been a bomb left in a package.

Separatist terorist group The Kurdistan Liberation Hawks (TAK), which claimed the previous attacks in late August, has threatened to turn Turkey into "hell".
